"Made with all the right ingredients"
I have always been the type of person who likes to give rather than receive! Not to mention that I am always looking for the most unique and individualized gift to give friends and family. While helping plan a childhood friend’s baby shower, the decision was made that a diaper cake would bring an added touch to the gift table. I was able to create a custom diaper cake based on her theme that blended in with not only her shower but her baby’s bedroom. Within a matter of weeks, I created three other “baby cakes” for close friends who were either expecting babies or had recently given birth. When all of my friends refused to open their baby cakes because they were “too beautiful”, I knew I had a hit! One friend even said, “You really should consider starting your own business!” Within a month I had!
Beautiful Baby Cakes was born in Emeryville, California in September 2007. A new baby’s arrival is an extremely exciting time! Beautiful Baby Cakes is pleased to be a part of it!
Charmayne Tyler is a native of Vallejo, California. She is a 2002 graduate of University of California, Davis with a degree in Political Science. In her spare time, Charmayne loves to cook, bake, read, write articles on various topics, design creative scrapbooks and travel. She has traveled to 3 continents and over 30 different states. Charmayne currently resides in Emeryville, CA with her husband, Demitri.
